My name is Ana León Collantes and I am General Health Psychologist. Working with the population children, youth and adults, as well as couple therapy.. Training in cognitive-behavioural therapy, EMDR, neuropsychology and legal and forensic psychology. In my work, I understand that each person, each story, each pathology, requires a different approach, but always with the same goal, to work from empathy instructing in effective psychotherapeutic tools to live life in a more functional and adaptive way.

Eating Disorders
Eating disorders (ED) is a mental illness that affects the way a person relates to food. Eating habits are altered, resulting in behaviours ranging from uncontrolled eating to total suppression of eating. The most common disorders are Anorexia and Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder and Avoidant/Restrictive Eating Disorder.
Mood Disorders in children and adults
Depression, as the most common mood disorder, is a serious emotional disorder that involves substantial changes in the way we think, feel and act. Emotions change noticeably, making us feel sad, irritable or anxious, and there are also changes in the body, such as constant tiredness, loss of appetite or tightness in the chest.
